Our Health Services:
Rooted in the Masonic tradition since 1911, The Overlook provides senior health services with integrity, compassion and innovation. Today, we offer a connected system of care designed to support independence, recovery and quality of life at every stage.
Our health services include enhanced living, memory care, an adult day program for local seniors, private care, skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation, all coordinated through a trusted care team.
Located in Charlton, The Overlook provides care and support to people in Worcester and Central Massachusetts.
Vista Adult Day Club
for those with mild cognitive impairment/dementia
The Overlook Vista Adult Day Program provides adult day care services for local seniors experiencing memory loss or mild cognitive impairment . Members enjoy a safe, engaging environment focused on socialization, cognitive wellness and emotional support, while families gain valuable respite and peace of mind.
Enhanced Living
Stonebrook at The Overlook is our enhanced living Community that offers 24-hour services, personalized assistance and supportive care. Designed to promote independence while elevating quality of life, enhanced living bridges the gap between independent living and higher levels of care.
Memory Care
Fieldstone at The Overlook is our dedicated memory care neighborhood, thoughtfully designed to support individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Professional caregivers, structured routines and engaging programs create a secure, familiar environment that promotes dignity, comfort and connection.
Private Care
Our private care services provide flexible, non-medical support delivered in the home or within our Community. Services include personal care, companionship, household assistance, and support with daily routines and Community engagement, tailored to individual needs.
Senior Care Management
Our Senior Care Managers are experienced aging LifeCare professionals, including social workers and nurses who partner with individuals, families and health care providers. They create personalized care plans, coordinate services and provide ongoing guidance to help navigate complex health and life decisions with confidence.
Short-Term Rehabilitation
Our short-term rehabilitation services support recovery after an illness, injury or surgery through coordinated physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Care is delivered on-site, with a focus on restoring strength, mobility, health, and independence and providing medical support.
Long Term Care Skilled Nursing
The Overlook Health & Rehabilitation Center provides skilled nursing services in Massachusetts for individuals with complex medical needs. Licensed professionals deliver short- and long-term skilled nursing care in a supportive environment that is focused on safety, recovery and quality of life.
