“When it comes to food, there’s always a story,” says Jeremy Roush, Chief of Culinary Services at The Overlook. “I’m passionate about the quality of food and also how connecting to the origin of food can nurture a community. This nourishment goes far beyond nutrition and diet and feeds the mind, body and spirit.”

From the local apple farmers to our in-house brewers, we deliver on our commitment to use natural, sustainable ingredients. For a casual dining experience, residents can visit Tucker’s Cafe, which is an open-kitchen venue with a delicious selection of hot or cold sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts.

The Acacia Restaurant provides residents with a more formal setting. Their menus change seasonally and feature fresh ingredients like local fruits and vegetables.
