As part of these updates, we’ve replaced all 14 strength machines with Matrix GO Strength equipment, specifically designed to meet the needs of seniors. Additionally, we’ve upgraded our cardio equipment with new treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and a stair climber, all from the trusted Matrix brand.
We also expanded our class space, added a second studio for stretching and individual workouts, and replaced dumbbells ranging from 1 lb. to 50 lbs. to enhance strength training
As part of the renovation, we’ve improved the overall space and have installed new fitness flooring, power washed the locker rooms, replaced ceiling tiles, and upgraded doors, ensuring a fresh, modern environment. We’ve also replaced the pool filter, cleaned the ventilation system, and rejuvenated the pool and hot tub area with new plants to create a more inviting atmosphere.
