Brewing Passion: The Story of the Brew Crew

When Steve Dragon and his wife moved to The Overlook in 2016, they brought with them a hobby that had been brewing for decades. With over 40 years of home brewing experience, Steve was excited to continue his passion for crafting unique beers. He found the perfect place to do so at The Overlook—a community that encourages residents to pursue their interests and bring their ideas to life.

Under Steve’s leadership, the Brew Crew has grown to over 35 members. This dynamic club offers residents the chance to engage in the art and science of brewing, from selecting ingredients to perfecting recipes. Together, they have brewed a variety of beers, including:
