As in many modern floor plans, the living and dining rooms have been combined into one great room in the center of the apartment home. It is perfect for entertaining guests, family or neighbors. What’s more, if you’re on the ground floor, the living room has a back door that leads out to your own private patio! Take a quiet moment in the sunshine to relax or reflect, or talk the afternoon away with friends while you enjoy the view of our gorgeous campus.

Down the hall from the great space, you will encounter your master bedroom, equipped with a full bathroom and walk-in closet. In fact, every Aspen apartment home also comes with a linen closet, a coat closet, extra storage in the basement and, of course, a washer and dryer. Everything stays convenient, comfortable and simple. Covering 643 square feet, the Aspen offers the perfect amount of space for you and your guests, while helping you to rightsize and simplify your life.

Just let us know you’re heading out on some adventure or another, and The Overlook team will take care of your residence in your absence. Any and all maintenance will be done for you.
